Epic Greenhouses' Return Policy
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
It is very important that you inspect your greenhouse as soon as it arrives to make sure there are no damaged or missing parts. Do not refuse delivery for minor damage. If a package is damaged, check the contents for damage before refusing delivery. If damage appears to be minor, and only a few items need to be replaced, we recommend accepting the shipment (or at least any undamaged packages) after making note of damages on delivery receipt. Doing this will speed up the replacement process in many cases because parts can be shipped sooner and faster delivery methods can be used.
Inventory the shipment.
Check the number of boxes received against the number shown on the driver's delivery sheet. If there is a shortage, write the number of missing boxes on your copy and the driver's copy of the receipt, and have the driver sign both copies.
If you do find missing or damaged parts, contact the distributor directly by following the instructions, included in the packaging, to report missing or damaged parts promptly. These parts will be replaced at the distributor's expense.
HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASE
All Greenhouses and Greenhouse Accessories purchased from EpicGreenhouses.com are fully guaranteed. We are confident you will happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, contact us within 30 days of your receipt of the greenhouse, and we will gladly refund the purchase price, less a restocking fee, within 5 business days of notification that the distributor has verified the condition of the return and has issued a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and COD packages are not accepted. Any discounts given will be subtracted from returned merchandise refunds.
Please note that each vendor/manufacturer of greenhouse kits has their own return and restocking fee policies, and as such ANY RETURNED GREENHOUSES will have restocking fees assessed which vary from 15-25% depending on the brand/model you have purchased.
Please contact customer service at 1-866-928-3150 to request an RMA number, get return instructions, and get a vendor's ship-to-address. Returns that arrive without an RMA number will be denied and will NOT receive a refund. After 30 days there are no returns and the manufacturer's warranty applies.
HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
To cancel your order, call 1-866-928-3150 and ask for the helpdesk. Have your order number, name, billing address, and items ordered on hand. We'll let you know if we were successful in canceling an order that has not yet been shipped or is on backorder.
Orders that are already in the shipping system cannot usually be canceled, although we will make every attempt to do so at your request..if we are unable to cancel your order, the return policy above will apply, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
