Before You Buy

Check with your local city for building ordinances & CCR's.
Check with your local home owners association (HOA) if applicable, to ensure you're allowed to build a new greenhouse or shed.
Make sure that the intended placement of greenhouse and/or shed is within your property lines.
Do not build shed over utility lines (gas, electrical, water, telephone, cable, etc).
Make sure you have a level area to build your greenhouse or shed, and build any necessary foundations for the new building.
